MARKETING COMMUNICATION


Marketing communication are messages and related media used to communicate with a market.Or is the strategy used by a company or individual to reach their target market through various type of communication. Marketing communication function within a marketing framework. Traditionally known as promotional element of the 4ps of marketing; product, place, price and promotion.
The primary goal of marketing communication is to reach a defined audiences to affect its behavior by informing, persuading, and reminding. A secondary goal of marketing communication is building and reinforcing relationship with customers’ prospect, retailers and other important stakeholders.
Effective marketing communication is to ensure that the right messages are conveyed to the right audiences through the right channels. The measure of effectiveness will occur through the achievements that may focus on such things as rising awareness, increasing preference and generating sales.
