Executive Summary

Fethas Company will be located at Tazara, opposite Tazara Railway Station, the company deals with soft juice production and distribution. Production will begin depending with the desire and demand of the customers obtained from research. The combination of various fruits will produce the various soft drinks to meet needs and demand of the customers; hence this will lead to high productivity. The majority of the soft drinks will be sold out to customers, but as production increases we will utilize other distribution channels to reach customers all over the world.

The key to the soft drinks success will be its high quality of the products provided.  Research shows that most of people use alcoholic drinks which sometimes harm their health, in order to cure those problems Fethas Company come up with cheap and higher quality soft drinks for the health of their customers. The proposed soft drinks will minimize alcoholic drinks consumptions because soft drinks will be produced with higher quality which will attract people from using alcoholic drinks, apart from that our products will differentiate us from local competitors.

Our mission is to produce the highest quality soft drinks by using fresh fruits.  The soft drinks will provide health to customers as well as enjoyment and good standard of their health for the owner, employees and customers. Apart from that the alcoholic drinks consumption will minimize.
