Target
Market
The
proposed soft drinks (fruits juice) are targeting end consumers of all types,
this means, rich and poor. The model of
distributing soft drinks to the target market consists of various business
groups include, wholesale distributors. Distributors are responsible for
selling juices to premier restaurants and juices shops located throughout the
nation. The second targeted business group is in state restaurant managers, the
final business group is targeting in various shop owners.
Plan of Operations
The
proposed juice makers will purchase fruits from different places even outside
Tanzania, especial within East African countries. Fruits will be transported to
the juice makers through road transport to the company for production, fruits
growers pay for harvesting and transportation charges from the farm to their
store.
