·         Analyzing the audience.

as a public speaker before going to talk with audience you need to understand, what kind of people are they, what is their culture, what is their demographic factor, what is their attitude, what is their economic status,  what is their gender, through this will enable  a communicator  in shaping the message content.

·         Make sure your mind is always focused.

As a public speaker when your communicating to the audience you have to make sure you are always focused to your theme, no matter what the circumstances, do dot mislead your audience because you will miss lead them to your theme.

·         Stance.

As a public speaker you should put yourself stands, the way you are looking farm, the using of hands, and the way you work. The stance is the way you appear yourself before audience.

·         Sound

As speaking in front of public as a communicator you should project your voice, so as audience can hear you properly, not only that but also the tone and the pitch is more important when communicating to your audience.

·         Maintaining eye contact.

As a communicator when you are talking to the audience as  a communicator you should maintain eye contact with the audience, through maintaining eye contact will enable a public speaker to gain confidence.

·         Use of credible sources.

As a communicator when talking in public speaking you have to use the credible sources, so as the audience can see the messages is trust worth, and reality and believe on your messages. Also the using of vivid examples will enable your audience to understand the messages well.
