Organization performance encompasses three
specific areas of firm outcome, first area is financial performance, second
area is product market performance, and third is shareholders return, economic
value. Hence the analysis of organization performance is compared to the goals
and objectives of a particular organization. Different organization through financial
performance, market performance and shareholders’ value can measure the
positive and negative outcomes of an organizational.
