We should eat mushroom because it,

  • Its a source of zinc minerals
  • It reduces cancers
  • Its a source of iron minerals
  • It rebuild our skin
  • It has chemical that act as insulin
  • Its control cells of our bodies from being damaged
  • its act as a source of vitamin c
Those are benefits of mushrooms when consumed by any person.
