SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS

NEYSAND NATURAL MEDICINE COMPANY.
Most of people particular in Tanzania do not have awareness on using our products as a medicine derived from fruits and vegetables. Based on research done by a public relation officer of our company shows that people do not purchase our products just because they do not have an awareness of the important of using them every day, you may found our products are well packed and being sold at a reasonable price but still people are not purchasing them ,this shows that there is unawareness since purchasing power is low.
As an organization it is our priority to maintain the reputation of our company and to ensure the implementation of our policy go as our wish, therefore it our responsibility to make sure the society get the right medicine from our company  through various campaign, advertisements, policies so as we may be able to capture attention of heterogeneous audience and to win our competitors’.  
Also the most important thing we have to consider is to make advance packaging in a best quality and quantity and to make sure that our products stay longer as the date stated by TBS before its exhaustion
