SITUATIONAL ANALYISIS
MEMO
TO:  FELISTER PETER
FROM:  MARY YUNDE
RE:  DISSATISFICATION OF CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS OF OUR COMPANY
DATE:   APRIL 25, 2015
I receive a letter two weeks ago from our customers who used to buy goods from our company, they blaming about poor quality products which caused by the raw materials used during production, those products makes difficult for them to conduct business of selling those products to the final consumers and hence cause loss to them. So due to poor quality products lead to bad reputation of our company to the publics. So this issue when taken to granted can lead to serious problem to our company unless further improvement/action should be taken.
Our customers complain about poor quality products that lead poor and hard selling to the final consumers and hence loss and less profit to them, they said the rate of selling tend to decrease. Also they complain about those farmers who produce raw material of low quality and that situation lead to their customers to shift to other sellers especially those who sell the similar products with them.
As it well known that every successful company must have good reputation as well as perception to the publics, it’s very important to take precaution as soon as possible of an issue which when taken to granted will result to many problems to the company.  I will suggest the stuff meeting two weeks to come before the holiday to discuss this issue in depth and taking measures to improve, and making sure that this issue could not happen again, and to ensure our customers that we are working with their blaming.
For the further improvement the following should be done, first the agricultural products should be of high quality and quantity as well as well checked before importing to the industry. Not only that but also the transportation facilities should be well improved.
