COMPETITOR’S WEAKNESS SHOULD BE YOUR STRENGTH.

Now days, the environment for  business have  become very complex, simply because every  company wants to do business and this lead to stiff competition in the marketing environment.  This situation has made a lot of company to do not operate under the vacuum but to conduct the business according to the environment. Therefore knowing the needs and wants of the customer will enable the company to reach their identified objectives.
Competition has been a challenge to many business companies, simply because different companies’ sales the same product or services and they seek for the same customers. Therefore, knowing the weakness of your competitors will enable you to be different from your competitors and this will give you credit to the customers and increase the organization performance.
Make SWOT analysis to your competitors; look on their strength, weakness, opportunity and their threats. Not only that when analyzing your competitors, you should also consider the needs and wants of your customers, through this you can win the market and increase the organization performance.
