FELISTER PETER BIO- SKETCH
Felister Peter now is
the Manager of Fetha’s business company, she was born at Singida district,
Tanzania. Felister is the last born within their family of three children. She
earned her undergraduate degree from St Augustine University of Tanzania, where
she was persuading Bachelor of Arts with public relations and marketing. In 2009
she was successful finish her first degree.
In the year 2010 she
was employed as Marketing Manager at TANESCO, after six month within a job she
was appointed to become a manager of TANESCO due to her active performance of
her duties as well as responsibilities, she work for two years as the Manager
of TANESCO.
2012 Felister decide to
engage in private business, whereby she decide to engage in production
activities and prefer to formulate the company which deals with the process of
transforming raw materials like mangoes, oranges, bananas and other natural
fruits into finished goods{fruits juice}. The products from the fetha’s company
used within as well as outside the country. At that moment the company was
still small with the total number of only fifty [50} employees and most of them
were males.
January 2013 Felister
open the first branch of Fetha’s business company at Mwanza, which also perform
the same activities as fetha’s company performs. So until this moment Felister
posses two big industries which produce fresh fruits juice, also the increase
of the branch lead to the increase number of employees from fifty up to two
hundred employees
