Communication principles

Communication is what is heard not only what is said, communication is all about what is provided by the speaker as well as what is received and interpreted by the receiver, simply that is to say communication should consist what is said as well as what is heard, so when communicator speak, he or she must make sure that the receiver receive and interprete the message of the meaning intended. As it is well understood that communication is the process which include senders and receivers, so in order communication to be successfully the message should be heard as well as said. under communication there should be giving and receiving of the message in order to create understanding, and understanding between sender and receiver is enhanced by effective listening, in order listening to take place there should be much attention as well as  focus to the words. So communication needs both what is said and what is heard, because through this the process of receiving and sending of the message is done.
This principle help in my professional Career to understand in order to facilitate effective understanding  as a PR professional, there should be sending as well as receiving of the message, apart from that it help to understand that communication cannot be complete when the message is only said rather than it should be said and heard.
