Relationship between strategic plan in management and the strategic plan in management.
Before doing any kind of plan, you
should think on what is the mission
and vision of the organization, and
make sure the plan goes in hand with the mission and the vision of an
organization, your plans should define the mission and the vision of the
organization, also they should define the meaning of existence of the
organization and meet the ultimate goal of the organization.
Environmental scanning is something should be taken into
consideration before doing any king of plan, we should know the SWOT analysis
of the place where we want to implement the plan. Look on the strength, weakness,
opportunity and threats. However in strategic plan you should do the
environmental scanning so as you can plan something that is potential to the targeted area and also when you come
in communication plan it is important to do the environmental scanning so as we may come with the effective message
that will affect the targeted audience of the intended message of which we want
to communicate.
