TO MANAGE CONFLICT.
Win –lose (dominating
strategy); This is the style of managing conflict whereby the one part thinks
is of much higher than the one due to his experience, experts, or sometimes
about t the knowledge of the issue.
Obliging strategy; This
is the way of managing the conflict where by the persons or business company
that are in the relationship cares most about their relationship and not their
individuality, they only care on how they can improve their relationship but
not their indifference, therefore this strategy manage the conflict by don’t
caring what brings problems but they only care their target on how to make
their relationship strong.
Compromising
strategy; This is the style of managing conflict where by the person within the
relationship try t give out brings trouble in that relations, so in order to
reach the goals you have planed within your relationship, the person with the
problems that brings troubles in the relationship must give up so as the
relationship should be going on.
Avoiding
strategy; This is the kind of managing conflict whereby in any kind of
interpersonal communication relationship or business relations, by trying to
avoid something that brings conflict to your relationship, by doing that
conflict will be managed.
