Communication
is involvement, this simply means communication is
interactive, it is two ways traffic process, the communication process must
involve two sides, where by these sides can talk and respond to each other.
Through this fact it is easy to obtain feedback rather than using one way
communication. So in order communication to be involvement, language should be
clear to both sides, these people should have the sense of sharing experience,
understand believes of both people, and the great thing is to understand well
the audience in term of attitudes, thought as well as challenges you will face
when communicating. Involvement must be of few people, because through this
will lead to effective understanding rather than involvement with a huge
population. In communication involvement should have maximum twelve people,
large number of audience is not advised. Through involvement people get
interrupt between themselves, apart from that it help to keep in touch with the
reality of people emotion.
This
principle has great influence in my professional due to the fact that, it helps
to understand that effective communication is facilitated by involvement. In
any process of communication we should be involved in order to facilitate two
way communications, this help to create understanding between individuals, whereby
through creating understanding will lead to create mutual relationship between
individuals as pr professional suggest.
