According to Richard et
al “organization performance encompasses three specific areas of firm outcome, first
area is financial performance, second area is product market performance, and
third is shareholders return, economic value”
Hence the analysis of
organization performance is compared to the goals and objectives of a
particular organization.Different organization through financial performance,
market performance and shareholders value can measure the positive and negative
outcomes of an organization.
In order to maintain the good relationship between the
organizations, the market that involve the audience or public, and also the
stake holders there must me an experts to connect to connect the interest of each of them so that to bring
up the good organization performance.
According to
Larissa and Grunig “Organization are
bombard by demands from stakeholders both inside and the organization and their
environment employees, government communities and organized activities as a
result organization increasingly depending on someone who has expertise to
communicate with and build relationship with these stake holders groups”
The organization performance is influenced by the
presence of public relation management because this management involve in
communication, crisis, issues in an organization, relationship (inside and
outside the organization), reputation and image, resource and strategic in the
organization. Creating a good image and reputation, increasing the rate selling
and buying of product or service act as the bridge between the organization and
the public those are kind of the activities of public relation management.
