Media are the major factor leading the consumers’
behavior change through advertising. Advertising as the form of communication
which is very important in any business in the market seeks to achieve certain
objectives within the company or organization, whereby among the major
objective is to change the behavior of customers. This makes the advertisers to
be very creative as well as innovative in creating and dealing with different
advertising channels in order to change the behavior of the customers.
Through the presence of media, mobile
telecommunication companies compete to create good reputation and identity
which will guarantee customers trust, this will play great role in customer
behavior change. Most of telecommunication companies use attractive graphics
and good branding with the aim of attracting customers through changing
customer behavior. Apart from that promotions as well as different channels are
used in making sure that information reaches to the customers, simply because
media channels are differ in term of their coverage.
Due to presence of different factors
that motivate customers of mobile telecommunication companies, research is
needed in order to recognize which factors mostly motivate the attraction to
the customers of mobile telecommunication services which makes their behavior
to change. Wether the graphics, branding, promotion or channels used by the
companies.
