is the willing of some one a customer an employee to make a friend to make an
investment or personal sacrifice in order to strength relationship. For
customer that can mean sticking with a supplier who treat customer well and
give customer good value in long term even if a supplier does not offer the
best price in particular transaction.
Advertising
is a powerful force which can change altitude of the people and to make
significant contribution to people’s knowledge and understanding. The other
side advertising can help people in the direction in which they already moving
to buy because they know all information about the product.

are first that there is little evidence to show that consumer develop a strong
desire for the product before trying it also advert is a tool that consider non-buyer
who become buyer. In most marketers advertising is intended to affect people
who have already tried the product either with a view to inform them about
changes in the product or to remind them about product or to encourage
increased purchases of the product.
