Management is universal means that in any kind of the organization the management is necessary because for two or more person working for a certain goal there should be management that will help to meet the organization expectation, there for the application of the principle of management is being applicable in anywhere.

Management is a social process whereby is done by people, through people and for the people, management is interactive in nature because it base on interpersonal relationship

Management is goal oriented. Any organization the management is there to achieve a certain organizational goals, it’s all about guiding one self and others towards the organizational goals, therefore any organization is goal oriented and management is there to attain those goals of an organization

Management is an integrative forces, the essence of management lies in the coordination of individual efforts in to a team, the management should take into consideration of individual goals and the organizational goals, as the manager we should interact with other stakeholders and work as the unity to attain the organizational goals.
